'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 2 Episode 8 'In Things We Bury' Review

Non Spoiler Review- Another strong episode of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' that answers some of the questions introduced in the beginning of the season, adds depth to a few characters, and heightens the tension of the show. I can't wait to see the next episode!

Highlights of the episode

1. We learn how Dr. Whitehall survived- We now know that Whitehall used Skye's mother's organs to make himself age more slowly. So I think that Skye's father will betray Hydra to get revenge for Skye's mother. It explains the story behind Skye's origin and what happened to her parents, etc. 

2. Grant Ward comes back to Hydra- I thought it was very interesting that Ward turned to Hydra after killing his brother and now will be working alongside Skye's father.

3. Grant Ward kills his brother- I was very surprised that Ward went to the extreme of killing his brother as well as his parents. It is evidence that Grant ward is now insane and probably shouldn't be trusted.

4. Trip almost dies- It was crazy to see Trip shot and then Skye's father helps him but also plans his escape and we now know that Skye's name is not Skye but I wonder what it actually is as well as Skye's father's name.

5. Peggy returns in a flashback- It was nice to have another Peggy flash back and I hope there are more and I can't wait for the 'Agent Carter' show because I enjoy her character and feel that she is one of Marvel's strongest female protagonists other than Black widow, and Pepper Potts.
