Top 5 Moments
5. Quentin is re-promoted to detective- I'm glad the police finally realized that cooperation with the Arrow was their best option and that Officer Lance was right in trusting in the Arrow.
4. Blood steals the cure- I liked that Blood knew this would have dire consequences but did it to save Starling City.
3. Oliver tests the cure on Roy- It was great to see Oliver recklessly decide to inject Roy with the cure to test it.
2. Sebastian Blood is killed- I liked that Blood died to save the city and I thought that redeemed his character.
1. Merlyn saves Thea- The best part of the episode was when Merlyn saved Thea and confronts her. It made this even better when she decided to shoot him revealing she doesn't trust him.
