Non Spoiler Review- Another great episode of 'Arrow' that focuses on the relationships between characters and coming clean with those you care most about. Overall, a great episode and I'm looking forward to next week's episode with Deathstroke.

Highlights of the episode
1. Oliver & Thea on the island- At the end of the episode oliver and Thea go to the island Oliver was stranded on to conquer fear. I'm very excited to see this develop next week because they will be fighting Slade since he has apparently escaped. I think it is possible that Captain Boomerang could at least have a cameo since he is imprisoned on the same island.
2. Laurel tells Quentin the truth- I have been anticipating this because they have been teasing it for weeks and I'm glad Quentin is no longer in the dark about Sarah's death. This end that awkward situation between him and Laurel where Laurel was worried about telling the truth so I think it was for the best.
3. Oliver tells Thea the truth- Oliver also reveals the truth to a loved one when he brings Thea into the Arrow Cave. I was very surprised that she had a positive reaction when I'm sure most people would be frustrated about being lied to and kept in the dark. I'm glad she was understanding of him and why he did what he did though.
4. Black Canary- Laurel has now completed her journey and is officially the Black Canary and is now accepted by everyone.
5. Thea agrees to work with Merlin and Oliver- However Thea became very frustrated with her father and Oliver managed to convince her that working with Malcolm is for the best. I'm eagerly anticipating the three of them facing off against Ra'as in a future episode.
