Non Spoiler Review- Another great episode that answers many questions from last week's cliffhanger and establishes what path the season will follow from this point onward.

Highlights of the episode
1. Ra's poses as the Arrow- At the end of the episode, someone who appears to be the Arrow drops down and kills some members of Murmur's gang and then looks up and reveals himself to be Ra's posing as the Arrow. He tells the remaining gangster to tell everyone what he has seen. It seems that Ra's is trying to make Arrow appear to be a killer again and put a bad name out for the Arrow. In an attempt to make the city turn against him as he told Oliver Queen. I'm curious to see how far Ra's will go in an effort to force Oliver to accept his offer.
2. Quentin turns against the Arrow- As soon as Oliver returns, it seems that everything Ra's told Oliver is coming true. As Oliver talks to Quentin dressed as the Arrow and Quentin is enraged that the Arrow never told him the truth about Sarah and that he will no longer work with a vigilante, etc. It seems Quentin is bitter towards everyone for lying to him as he also tells Laurel he will always love her but never forgive her. It's interesting to see how everyone has reacted differently to the news and truth regarding Sara's death, that seems to be the driving force behind everything that has occurred this season other than the Atom suit.
3. Malcolm explains the prophecy- Once Oliver returns he speaks to thea about Merlin an why he was allowed to leave with malcolm, etc. Once she is gone Malcolm explains to Oliver why Ra's wants him to take his spot. Since Oliver survived the blade of Ra's Al Ghul, he i s deemed to be his successor. Malcolm also says that it is not a choice, that Oliver will be forced to be the next Ra's Al Ghul.
4. Oliver rejects the offer- Towards the end of the episode Oliver tells Sarab that he wishes to remain in Starling and doesn't want to be the next Ra's Al Ghul. It seems that this will cause Ra'a to force Oliver's hand by turning everyone against him and Oliver will have brought Ra's fury upon Starling by the end of the season.
5. Nyssa comes to Starling- When Nyssa learns she is no longer Ra
s successor she returns to Starling and befriends Laurel. I wonder how long she will stay in Starling and if she will help Oliver fight Ra's Al Ghul later in the season.
6. The Lazarus Pit- The Lazarus Pit is also officially revealed when Ra's tells Oliver it's how he has lived so long and uses it later in the episode to heal after Nyssa slashes his hand. I'm curious to see if it will be used to bring back a dead character later in the season or if it will bring back Ra's if he dies.
