'Once Upon A Time' Season 4 Episode 3 'Rocky Road' Review

Non Spoiler Review- This episode was much better than last weeks which didn't offer much other than teasing the Snow Queen. Once again the visual effects are great. The story of this episode was interesting and offered great character development. We are introduced to the main villain for this 'Frozen' arc of episodes and see another 'Frozen' character introduced in the show. Overall a great episode that teases more for the future of the show, I can't wait for next weeks episode!

Highlights of the episode

1. Rumpelstiltsken meets with the Snow Queen- One of the more interesting parts of the episode was the Snow Queen and it was very strange that she somehow knew Emma but Emma didn't recognize her and then when the Snow Queen met with Rumpled he said to be careful and asked if she needed help. She said she would come to him when she was ready so I want to know how she knows him and what she is scheming. 

2. Elsa and the Snow Queen know each other- In the flashback portion of the episode Elsa and Kristoff go to find an urn that can trap Elsa to stop Hans from getting it but they are trapped and Hans accidentally releases the Snow Queen. I want to know if she lied to Elsa about being her Aunt and if in Storybook she lied to Elsa regarding the past that Elsa can't remember. 

3. Hook blackmails Rumpelstiltsken- I thought it was very bold of Hook to just walk into Rumpled's shop and demand a deal based on a suspicion that he had regarding the dagger. I can't wait to see what comes out of this deal in the future.

4. Robin Hood still loves Regina- I was very happy to see this because I didn't really like Marion and I'm sure it puts Regina in an awkward spot. If Marian remains frozen and can't be saved I'd be glad if Regina and him ended up happily together again.

5. The Knave has joined the show- I watched 'Once Upon a Time in Wonderland' and Didn't really like the show but the Knave was one of the few good things about it. I'm glad he is now in Storybook but think it's awkward timing to add him in. I hope his character will become more important later in the season.
