'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 18 'Public Enemy' Review

Non Spoiler Review- This week's episode is an improving in terms of story compared to the cluttered story on last week's episode. This episode has some of the best stunts and action scenes that the show has had this season in some fights between the League and Team Arrow as ewell as when they are fighting the SCPD. There is also a lot of character development in this episode that is really appreciated especially for Roy Harper's character.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Roy takes the fall- At the end of the episode as Oliver Queen was being transported after being captured, the arrow appears bad everyone is very confused till he jumps from the roof of the car and unmasks himself as Roy. Roy is trying to save Oliver by impersonating as the arrow and taking the fall for Oliver to repay him from  everything Oliver has done for Roy. I hope they will be ab;e to save Roy because I like what his character has become and think he has the coolest suit on the show next to the Atom suit of course.
2. Oliver's identity televised- Once Lance learns of the Arrow's true identity he reveals it on television to gain assistance in apprehending the Arrow. Now everyone knows Oliver Queen is the Arrow but since Roy is posing as the Arrow, Startling City will likely think he is the Arrow since he took off the hood in front of everyone.
3. Ra's tells Quentin the identity of the Arrow- Another twist is when Ra's kidnaps Captain lance to tell him that Oliver Queen is the arrow in hopes of pushing Oliver to accept his offer. I think that Lance is aware Roy is not the Arrow since he is aware Roy is Arsenal. Another little Easter egg is when Lance lists all of the vigilantes, the Hunters, Arsenal, and even mentions the Flash by saying the freak in Central City. It seems as thought Lance's detective work has allowed him to figure everything out. I'm curious to what will happen next given he knows Roy isn't the Arrow.
4. Felicity loves Oliver- Felicity admits to her mother that she loves Oliver after she is stunned that Ray Palmer tells her he loves her. I am curious to see if she will tell Oliver but the trailer for the remainder of the season suggests that she will tell Oliver.
5. Shadow's twin sister- So it seems that the girl Oliver encountered in Hong Kong is Shadow's twin sister not Shadow or a vision. I'm curious to see if she will become more important later in the season or even perhaps show up in Startling City.
