'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 10 'Left Behind' Review

Non Spoiler Review-  It was nice to have another Team Arrow focused episode since a majority of these characters have been a part of various subplots but it's nice to see them step up in Oliver's absence. Each of Team Arrow had some great scenes mourning Oliver and this is probably one of the best written episode as well as some of the best acting in 'Arrow'. This is three great episodes in a row so far. I hope the show runners keep it up.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Oliver is revived- I was not expecting Oliver to be revived s quickly but I guess it was intended to be a cliffhanger to get more viewers next week. I'm expecting they will reveal exactly how he was brought back in next week's episode.
2. Laurel begins the journey of becoming Black Canary- It was very cool to see Laurel use the Canary Cry then beat them with the baton. I really like the redesigned costume and I'm very excited for the Laurel Black Canary Arc of episodes that begins next week.
3. Team Arrow learns of Oliver's death- One of the best parts of the episode was seeing Team Arrow mourn over Oliver's death and seeing how it impacted each of them individually. I'm interested in seeing their reaction when Oliver returns to Starling City.
4. Ray Palmer tests out his Atom suit- This scene reminded me of the scenes from 'Iron Man' where Tony arrives home and begins testing parts of his suit. I'm very excited to see Ray Palmer get closer and closer each week to becoming the Atom and can't wait to see the finished exosuit. It was announced that Ray Palmer would be on the 18th episode of 'the Flash' as a crossover so I'm sure Star Labs will help Palmer finish his suit.
5. Team Arrow at work- It was very cool to see Team Arrow operate without Oliver and I enjoyed seeing Arsenal and Dingle both get more action in the episode.
6. Danny Brickwell- Danny Bicknell is definitely the strongest mob villain to appear on 'Arrow' so far as he is ruthless and will do whatever it takes for power. I'm very interested in seeing more screen time from this character.

'Arrow' Season 2 Episode 9 'The Climb' Mid-Season Finale Review

Non Spoiler Review- Definitely the best episode of 'Arrow' so far!  It ends on a huge cliffhanger and has solves the murder case, as well as including one of the best fights of the season.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Is Oliver dead?- The end of the episode has a huge cliffhanger, literally, the death of the protagonist Oliver Queen. My theory is that he is indeed dead but will take a trip to the Lazarus Pit and return to the show. That is the only possible way I think he could survive.
 2. Thea killed Sara- The episode reveals that under hypnotic suggestion and a drug, patura, caused The to kill Sara Lance. Merlin was the one who asked her to do it and he blackmails Oliver so that Oliver can have a trial by combat with Ra's.
3. Atom suit-  Well we now have a better idea of what the atom suit will look like except obviously not a hologram. I think since Oliver probably won't return to Startling for a while. Ray Palmer will wear the Atom suit and become the Atom while he is away.
4. Ra's vs. Oliver- One of the coolest fight sequences of the show so far has Ra's fight Oliver in a sword battle to the death. I hope if Oliver has the opportunity he will rematch and possibly win against Ra's later this season.
5. Oliver confesses to Felicity- We have waited since the end of the second season for Oliver to finally tell felicity how he feels and I found it interesting both he and Barry confessed their love in their midseason finales. I wonder who Felicity will react when she learns of his death.
6. Oliver's climb up the mountain- I liked the episode's structure where it shows Oliver climbing the mountain then goes back 48 hours similar to the 'Flash' midseason finale. I like how both shows had that pattern and structure.
7. Laurel's mother tells her to make Sara's killer pay- I thought it was very interesting that Laurel's mom encouraged laurel to get revenge. I think that will be a driving factor to her becoming Black Canary.

'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 8 'Brave and the Bold' Review

Since this was a special episode I will have 10 top moments instead of 5.
Non Spoiler Review- Best episode of 'Arrow' Season 3 so far. The interconnection between 'The Flash' and 'Arrow' is definitely paying off! I hope for another crossover soon! It was cool to see Flash in a gritty tone and observe the characters noticing the gritty tone of Starling City as opposed to Central City.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. The ending- I loved how the episode ended by not showing the viewers who would win between the Flash and Arrow. I thought it was a great ending that allowed the viewers to make up their own ending.
2. Flash and Arrow vs Captain Boomerang- It was cool to see Flash and Arrow confront Captain Boomerang and I liked how Flash and Arrow defeated him by allowing Barry to take care of the multiple bombs spread out through the city and allowing Oliver to take down Harkness.
3. Flash saves Arrow- One of the coolest sequences of the episode was when Arrow and Arsenal were fighting Harkness and Barry ran in and saved Oliver.
4. Difference of ideals- I liked the difference of ideals between Oliver and Barry. It had a "Batman-Superman" kind of ring to it. I also liked that Flash and Team Flash noticed how dark Starling is compared to Central City.
5. Barry has practiced what Oliver taught him- I liked that we saw Barry practice surveying the scene before running into a crime scene demonstrating he listened to Oliver.
6. Diggle Harkness is imprisoned with Slade- I noticed Oliver say that Harkness is imprisoned on the island with Slade so maybe they will break out together and return later in the season.
7. Flash does salmon ladder- I thought it was hilarious how easily Barry did the Salmon Ladder and how quickly he was doing it as well.
8. Flash reconstructs boomerangs in a few seconds- It was cool to see Barry assemble the evidence in only a few seconds. i loved the reactio  of Team Arrow when they see Barry do things like this because they aren't used to seeing this.
9. Flash gets sushi- I thought it was hilarious when Barry suddenly got hungry and ran out and returned eating a bowl of sushi.
10. Captain lance calls Barry Bart- A subtle easter egg to Barry's son in the comics it was also humorous that Captain Lance forgot his name.
11. Cisco freaks out in Arrow cave- It was pretty funny to see Cisco geek out at all of Oliver's tech. I liked that Oliver gave Barry his own display case for when he visits Starling and that Cisco made Oliver some new gear.

'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 7 'Draw Back Your Bow' Review

Non Spoiler Review- A good episode of 'Arrow' that does more teasing but does provide a story heavy episode that doesn't have too much action in it.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Atom suit- I'm very excited to see Ray Palmer wear the Atom exosuit and can't wait for his transition to a superhero.
2. Captain Boomerang- It was cool to see Captain Boomerang who will be one of the villain's of the Flash/Arrow crossover. I can't wait to see/review that episode. By the time the review is released i may have seen the episode already.
3. Cupid joins Suicide Squad- It looks like the Suicide Squad has a new member as after Oliver deals with Cupid he reveals that he gave her to Argus. I hope to see her return in a Suicide Squad episode later in the season.
4. Relationship between Ray Palmer and Felicity- It was interesting to see Ray buy Felicity an expensive dress, necklace, etc. I liked how we saw how this affected Oliver's mind set and prevent him from working at his highest potential.
5. Oliver is affected by Felicity's relationship with Ray- Well now we know that Oliver still has feelings for Felicity as he continuously is worried about Felicity and Ray Palmer getting closer to one another. It was interesting to see it affect his work as the Arrow. I'm sure this misunderstanding will be addressed in a future episode.

'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 6 'Guilty' Review

Non Spoiler Review- This episode is not quite the best episode of the season but has some excellent action sequences as well as some cool easter eggs.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. The Boxing Glove Arrow- As you can see above this episode included an easter egg to the boxing glove arrow! I was so glad to see this easter egg and I hope Oliver considers putting one in his quiver!
 2. Wildcat- We learn that Ted Grant was a vigilante while Oliver was away. I hope to see Ted Grant decide to become Wildcat soon but it seems as though he is retired.
 3. Roy is officially given the name Arsenal- Roy mentions to Oliver that Ted's old sidekick said Roy was just a weapon in Oliver's Arsenal and Oliver decides that's what Roy should be called.
4. Roy brings back repressed memories- We learn that Roy didn't kill Sarah but was repressing his Mora Kuru memory of killing a cop. I thought it was interesting that this tied into the flashback part of the episode.
5. Cupid is in Starling City- We see the introduction of yet another villain who will be spotlighted on the next episode. I'm curious what exactly brought her to Starling and if she killed Sara.

'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 5 'The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak' Review

Non Spoiler Review- While this episode seems to go a little off tangent from the story of the previous episodes it has a few surprises although some of the episode is a little predictable. overall its a good episode just not a great one. However I'm looking forward to next weeks after this episode's reveal!

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Did Roy kill Sara?- Definitely one of the best part of the episode where Roy wakes up after dreaming he had killed Sara. I'm about 99% sure that he did do it for multiple reasons. First, Sara recognized her killer and wasn't enraged by seeing Merlyn or someone that she would be scared by. Second, the list of suspects is shrinking each episode and Roy is one of the few candidates left. Third, This could be an after effect of the Mirakuru. I'm just confused because the mirakuru was removed from him.
 2. Felicity saves the day- It was very cool to see Felicity defeat her psycho ex boyfriend and that her training is paying off. It was nice to see that Felicity can take care of herself and doesn't always need Oliver to help her.
3. Oliver vs. multiple auto machine gun turrets- This was a pretty cool scene where Oliver has to take out about 5 auto aiming machine gun turrets and he does it within about a minute which is awesome.
4. Everyone is training- I loved that we got to see a cool training montage of Oliver training roy, Ted Grant training Laurel, and Merlyn training Thea and then Thea and Merlyn take a break and she makes the comment "I wonder what normal people do?" and it cuts to Felicity doing situps in her pj's to a workout video. I laughed so hard when I saw this because compared to everyone else Felicity is just exercising.
5. Oliver brings popcorn- Oliver brings popcorn to Thea after earlier in the episode asking if thats what she wanted hi to do. It also appears he will be living with her now which will make it difficult for both of them to keep secrets from each other. We see Merlyn grinning in the distance as he watches this so I wonder what he has planned.

'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 4 'The Magician' Review

Non Spoiler Review- This episode had plenty of action and continued to follow the mystery of the murder of Sara Lance. A great episode overall and I can't wait to find out who killed Sara.

*******There will be Spoilers from this point on*******

Highlights of the episode

1. Ra's Al Ghul- We got the reveal of what Ra's Al Ghul will look like on 'Arrow' and I'm excited for the League and him to come visit Starling City.
2. Did Merlyn kill Sara?- We now know that we can cross Merlin off the list of suspects for Sara's murder. I thought it was very clever of Merlin to meet Oliver in a public place to avoid suspicion, etc.
3. Merlyn vs Nyssa vs Oliver- An awesome action fight scene between the three best archers on the show. It was refreshing to see Malcolm Merlin fight again and see him and Oliver kind of work together to save Thea.
 4. Nyssa kidnaps Thea- A big twist was that once Nyssa discovered Thea was Merlin's daughter, she decided to kidnap Thea. It was very crazy and an interesting part of the episode I didn't see coming.
5. Laurel is training- We can see Laurel's working hard to fill her sister's shoes and become the next Black Canary I can't wait to see her in full costume.
