Non Spoiler Review- Another great episode of episode that ends with another interesting cliffhanger and is filled with great action sequences and compelling story and character developments.

Highlights of the episode
1. Oliver is asked to unleash the Omega- The biggest of the two plot twists is that Ra's asks Oliver to destroy Starling City with the Alpha/Omega virus. This surprised me because I assumed Oliver, Maseo, and Tatsu destroyed the virus but apparently it will return. After seeing how much destruction it caused in Hong Kong I hope that it isn't unleashed in Starling.
2. Ra's tells Nyssa she will marry Oliver- The other twist was when Ra's commanded Nyssa to marry Al-Sah Him and that she would indeed not be killed for her betrayal. I was not expecting this and am curious what the result of this will be.
3. Canary Cry- I was very excited to see that Laurels's new Canary Cry designed by Cisco works and it was pretty cool to see onscreen. I am excited to see Laurel find innovative ways to use it while fighting her enemies, etc.
4. Oliver is under Ra's influence- It appears that Al-Sah Him is all that remains of Oliver as he appears to be hypnotized and obedient to Ra's. I wonder if Team Arrow will find a way to break Ra's hypnosis.
5. Damien- It has been said that the villain for Arrow's fourth season would be Damien and Ra's speaks of a man named Damien. I'm guessing the two are the same character and we will learn about him soon.
